情景会话：对新员工的调查

A:Welcome to the company. We are conducting a survey of new employees to find out what influenced them to choose our company.

B:Honestly, the flexible hours were the main attraction for me. The traditional working day doesn't fit in with me lifestyle; I love being able to tailor my working hours.
老实说，弹性的工作时间安排是吸引我的关键。我个人的生活方式，不太适应传统的工作时间安排。我很高兴可以有灵活的工作时间。

A:Yes, flextime has definitely been a good change for us. How do you feel about the pay?

B:At first it is going to be difficult. During the first three months, I'm on probation. So I won't get sales commissions until after that.
刚开始不太高。前三个月是试用期，过了试用期才能拿销售奖金。

A:But there is a big bonus for employees at the end of the probation period.

B:Yes, I'm looking forward to that! I just hope my first performance review is favorable.

A:One thing you can be sure of your manager will be quite fair. If your job performance is up to par, you shouldn't be afraid of a performance review, 
你可以放心：你们的经理很公正，如果你的工作符合要求，就不用担心业绩评估。

B:Great! Then I suppose I'm looking forward to my first promotion, too.
太好了！那我就等着第一次升职了。
