I prefer the Outdoor activities.
First and foremost, I can breathe more fresh air outdoor. So in my view, walking along the street or jogging in the park is much better than doing exercise in the gym class.
What is more, there are much more room outdoors, I love the feeling to walk very fast and enjoy the look at the people and building I went past. I feel so relax to wonder in the city that like I can never reach the end. This is something that indoor activities never can give me, because there is no enough room!
Finally I’d love to bath in the sunshine, and enjoy the comfort and warm from the sun . That feeling is fabulous.
