在外企靠英语赚钱并不难,这样回答客户,老板会对你刮目相看

       有好的英语水平,在外企才能顺利开展工作,但不是每一个懂英语的同学,都能够有好的发展。我们要利用英语来表达自己的思想,发挥个人的聪明才智,才能有不错的前途。

       我们知道,现在外国客户精明得很,不是你随便说一下,他们就给你下单。最重要的是自己公司有好的产品,品质一定要过关,另外,你的英语沟通水平要非常好。让客户信任你,这样大家才有进一步合作。大家可以借鉴以下例子,看看是如何回答的。

Thanks very much for your prompt reply. Can you please let me know why that differs in the prices between what you quote on Alibaba (USD 150-200) and what you quoted me (USD 250)?

       客户Jim在这里说,你们网站上的价格是USD150-200范围浮动,但是,为什么你真正给我报价的时候,是USD250 ?

经过一番深入思考,我回复如下:

Dear Jim,

Thanks a lot for your reply.

We quite understand what you meant.

We would like to explain it as follows:

Fristly, we are a factory, not retailer. We don't have existing products in stock.

Secondly, we normally make massive products.If just making small quantity, we have to prepare the material specially, and our material suppliers will sell us the material at high price.

Thirdly, for small quantity , we make them as samples. We have our experienced workers do them. For experienced workers, their salaries are higher than ordinary workers.

Above you maybe can't understand, but it is really the reality here.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. hope you can understand. Thanks.

在回复中我摆出三点理由:

       首先:我们是工厂,不是零售商,我们没有现货库存。

       第二点:我们通常都是做大货,如果只做少量数量产品,我们需要特别准备材料,数量少,材料供应商给我们的价格也是高的。

       第三点:数量少,我们只能当做是样板了,做样板通常都是让有经验的工人师傅做,他们的工资比普通工人的要高。

 

这种回答思维,还是值得大家学习一下,运用得好,可以提高和老外做买卖的成交率。
