Any company will need to provide two kinds of services in the development course in order to materialize the added-value of their products, namely, the pre-sales and after-sales services which are functioning just like the weights on a scale. Only a well balanced weight will make it possible for the company’s whole product system to grow up in a proper way.
The so-called pre-sales service refers to the detailed analysis of customer’s demand to be made by sale engineers followed by purchasing puoposals in consideration of customer’s production needs and budget range.
The after-sales service is that the company will provide a series of follow-up services in a bid to protect customer’s legal rights after they have purchased products, including technical support, onsite service, free replacement of components, return of old machines and software upgrade.
