很多小伙伴想去外企工作，殊不知外企面试中，职场英语口语是加分项。在做自我介绍的时候，会将自己的能力介绍给面试官听，这也是东莞英语常用英语表达。小编整理出有关能力介绍的句子，还有相关的情景对话，大家可以采用模拟练习。


能力介绍 

1.我工作非常认真。I'm very careful in my job. 
2.我很擅长这类工作。I'm good at this kind of work. 
3.我可以轻松地在同事之间建立起团队精神。I can easily build team spirit among my co-workers. 
4.我在压力之下仍然可以工作得很好。I work well under pressure. 
5.我知道怎样收集对决策过程至关重要的信息。I know how to collect information crucial to the decision-making process. 
6.与不同的人外好关系并不难。It's not difficult to get along with different people. 
7.适应新环境对我来说并不太难。To get used to new circumstances isn't too difficult for me. 
8.我在这个领域非常在行。I'm very competent in this area. 
9.我能承担别人认为麻烦的工作。I can take on jobs that bother other people. 
10.我对这方面了如指掌。I know it like the back of my hand. 

英语口语对话实例 
Talking about One's Ability 谈论个人能力  

Interviewer:  What is your greatest strength? 
面试官：你最大的长处是什么？ 
Cindy:  I think I'm very good at planning. I manage my time perfectly so that I can always get things done on time. 
辛蒂：我想我擅长做计划。我能很好地管理我的时间，所以我总是能按时完成任务。

Interviewer:  Why do you think you'd be a good fit for this job? 
面试官：你为什么认为自己适合这项工作呢？ 
Cindy:  Because I am very competent in this area. 
辛蒂：因为我在这个领域非常在行。 

Interviewer:   Can you work under pressure? 
面试官：你能在压力下工作吗？ 
Cindy:  Yes. I work well under pressure and find it stimulating. However, I believe planning and the proper management of my time can reduce tight deadlines. 
辛蒂：能。我在压力下可以工作得很好，而且觉得压力有刺激作用。但我认为计划和恰当的时间管理能使最后期限变得不那么紧张。 

Interviewer:  Are you more of a follower or a leader? 
面试官：你更像一个追随者还是领导者？ 
Cindy:  I don't try to go ahead of people and lead them. I'd rather cooperate with everybody else, and get the job done by working together. 
辛蒂：我并不试图去超越别人及领导别人。我更喜欢与每个人合作，共同去完成工作。
