他们分别代表的是
is, ...的，has

这是他的杯子
* This is不能写成 This's ！

's 作为名词所有格，"...的"
This is Jenny's car.
这是Jenny的车
Did you see Harry's glasses?
你看到Harry的眼镜了吗？
How can I get Adele's signature？
我怎么能拿到Adele的签名呢？

He has been working here for 10 years.
He's been working here for 10 years.
他已经在这里工作10年了

* has只有表“现在完成时”这个时态时才可以写成's，做动词has表“拥有”的时候，绝对不能写成's！
