    Some people say “expectations are the least things that you should expect.” I agree with this opinion absolutely. I’d like to make two examples to explain the details of my mind.

 

Sometimes we can hear these words in the dining room of GLV “I feel very disappointed when I come to GLV to learn English, before I think the teachers in GLV can help me to improve my English skills very fast, but I have no more chances to talk with teachers now.” why do they feel so upset? They expect too much actually. Learning English is a difficult thing that will take such a long time to reach. GLV can give you the best English environment and teach you how to think in English. This will be the priceless treasures you get and then open your mind to find the opportunities to practice English with teachers and other students; you must find the chances positively not just waiting for the chances to come to you. If you do it, you will make a big progress and enjoy the learning process even though your English is not perfect after you leave GLV.

   And the other hand, if the parents expect too much for their children, maybe something will drive theme crazy when their children can not enter into a wonderful university or choose a popular major that their parents want; such as the parents want their children to become a scientist one day, which is dreamed in their parents’ childhood and unfortunately, the children are talented to play an instrument or paint or sing and extremely want to make their own dream come true, to be honest, they hate math and physical lass. Accordingly, the parents must compromise and accept the reality without choice. But if the expectation form a parent is merely little, they will feel very happy and hopeful when they find out their children’s talents.

 

In a brief word, you should let anything you want to do go in a right way without too much expectation, and then just try your utmost ability and you will be surprised about the final result you gained.

 

 

期望是最不可期待的事情

不同国度 一样笑脸

    有人说“期望是最不可期待的东西”。我完全同意这样的说法。下面我将用两个例子来解释我的观点。

 

有时候我们可以在平和英语的餐厅听到这样的说法“当我初来平和英语时，觉得非常失望。以前我认为学校的老师可以帮助我快速地提高我的英语技能，但是我现在没有更多的和老师交流的机会。”为什么他们觉得这么失望呢？事实上他们给予自己太多的期望了。学习英语是一个需要非常长的时间去努力的事情。平和英语可以给你最好的语言环境并教会我们怎么培训英语的思维能力。这才是你获得的物价的财富，与此同时我们可以敞开心扉去寻找机会和不同的老师和同学进行交流。你必须果敢的去寻找机会并把握机会，而不是等着机会来找你。如果你能做到这样，你会取得很大进步，即使当你离开平和的时候英语并不是非常地道，你任然会很享受在这里的学习生活。

 

我拿到了毕业证书 这一刻······

    另一方面，如果家长对子女的期望过高，当子女们无法读名牌大学或者选择的专业不是家长们所期望，那么子女们很有可能会抓狂。就像父母想让他们的孩子成为一名科学家，那是他们小时候的梦想。可是，不幸的是，他们的小孩却在乐器或者绘画或者唱歌方面感兴趣，而且孩子希望有一天他们自己的愿望能实现他们讨厌数学，讨厌物理。于是，父母只有妥协和接受。相反，如果当初父母没有对孩子有过高的期望和要求，而当他们发现孩子在某一方面有天赋的时候，说不定他们会很高兴。

 

总的来说，你应该合理的正确的思考每一个问题，而不是一开始就抱有很大希望，然后尽自己最大努力去做，取得的成绩或许能让你感到意外。
