虽是很久前，却恍如昨日

I think it is very difficult for Chinese students to have discussions in English. There are two reasons: the first reason is the Chinese education. The Chinese teacher teaches English in Chinese. The students got used to it during the classes. The students seldom use English; they don’t really have opportunity to practice English everyday, even though they are good at grammar.

The other reason for them is they are less confident. The students are always afraid of making mistakes. It’s a difficult for the students to open their mouths. This is a common situation for the Chinese students. For example, some students in my class are always keeping quiet.
