我们该如何灵活使用英语中的介词？

英语中的介词太多，这里拿最常用的at，in ,  on 做例子，讲一讲他们最常用的用法。

这里有个大致的口诀：年月周前面用in；几号前面用on；上下午要用in；某日的上下午要用on；黎明午夜黄昏用at， 

现在我们分类系统讲解各个介词的使用方法。

一、at

1、时间上

at 表示时间概念的某一点，

在某时间或某时刻，在那个节骨眼上，

在那个时间点上

①一天中的某个时刻

at 4 ：00

at dawn黎明

at midnight午夜

at noon中午

at sunrise日出

at lunchtime 在午餐时间

②表示一瞬间或者短暂的时间

at this time 这时

at present 现在、目前

at present stage 在当前阶段

at that moment 在那时

③表示节日或者年龄

at the age of +数字 表示在几岁的时候

at Christmas

*注意：on Christmas Day

2、地点上，常用于小地点

at the bus stop 在公车站

at the butcher's 在肉铺里

注意&总结：

at + sb's ☞表示在某某家：

如at my grandma's 在我奶奶家里；at the baker's 在面包店

at school

at home

3、翻译时可相当于汉语中的“从”

read at page 11 【从】第十一页读

4、表示目的、目标，

at含有不友好之意，而与之类比的to则不含此意，见举例如下

the dog came at me

(脑补一下一只狗恶狠狠的朝我过来即含有想过来咬人)

the dog came to me

(只是表达有只狗向我走来，无恶意)

同理：

shout at 即为吼叫寻人

shout to 即为大声喊，无教训批评之意

5、表示“从事、正在做”

at cards 在玩牌

at work 在工作 　　

at war 在交战

at lunch 在吃中饭 　　

at table 在吃饭

at school 在上课　

但也有少数搭配习惯上要用冠词。如：　　

at the desk 在读书

at the telephone 在打电话

二、on

1、表示具体日期

on April 4

注意总结：“在周末”

at/on the weekend 特制

at/on weekends 泛指

over the weekend 指整个周末

during the weekend 期间

on that day

on my birthday

on Christmas Day

on New Year's Day

on winter day

2、表示“一....;刚....；在...”

on coming back he hugged his wife

一回到家他就拥抱了他的妻子

3、表示状态，

翻译为“处于、从事于”

on duty

on holiday

4、表示地点

①在.上面",

用在表示物体的名词前

on the box 在盒子上

注意&总结：on和over

on表示"在.上面",指一物体与另一物体表面相接触；

over表示"在.上方",指一物体与另一物体不接触.

a light on the desk．桌子上有盏台灯.（light与desk接触）

a light over the desk．桌子上方有一盏灯.（light与desk不接触）

注意&总结：on和in

on the tree 表示树上本身所长着的叶子、花、果实等

in the tree 表示某物或某人在树上.

on the wall 图画、黑板、风筝等,在墙的表面上

in the wall门窗、钉子、洞、孔等"在墙上"它们在墙的里面

三、in

1、时间上

①时段、时期，

in+年、月、季节、世纪、时代

in the 18th century

in winter

注意&总结: in +the +morning/afternoon/evening

可和during互换，但是during会更加强调“持续”

in/during 2017

in/during the 20th century

注意&总结：表示某项活动的期间过程，要用during

during my journey to work上班路上

②表示以说话时间为基点的某段时间以后，一般将来时的标志

i will finish my work in 10 minutes.

2、表示地点、位置、空间、

①in+大地点

in Beijing/New York

②在空间里面

in the room

in the east/west/north/south of

3、状态、情况：

“处于...的情况、在...之中”

in high spirits

in heavy debt

in good health

in ruins 废墟

in good mood

4、方法、手段

pay in cash

speak in English

write in ink

put in English
